Administrative hurdles and servicing breakdowns exist throughout the PSLF program, but are especially prevalent for members of the military.
The report lays out how the Secretary of Education can utilize the Higher Education Relief Opportunities for Students (HEROES) Act of 2003 to chart a path forward to ensure all servicemembers with student loans can access the protections they have earned through service to our country.
